RETURN PROCESS

Purchases made on collinspeakfitness.com are eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving the item. Any items marked sale, including to include gift cards, are not eligible for returns. You may be instructed to submit a photo of the item as part of your request for a return.    

To initiate a return, enter your order number in our returns portal or bring it to any location. 

To return, send package to: 3579 Scioto Run Blvd. Hilliard, Ohio 43026. 

COLLINS PEAK FITNESS shall not be liable for cost of return shipping of items to be screened for refund, nor is shipment of items a guarantee of refund of monies spent by the consumer. Refund is subject to restrictions given within this policy. 

REFUND INFORMATION  

Once we receive the item(s), it will take our team 3-5 days to process the return. Once processed, we’ll approve the refund and submit it to your payment provider. Your payment provider may take up to 2 weeks to post the refund. If you are still not seeing the refund after three weeks have passed, please contact COLLINS PEAK FITNESS to assist you at: sales@collinspeakfitness.com.  

Any product more than 20 percent used will have a prorated refund of eighty (80) percent of the sale value, to scale downward as use of product reaches thirty (30) percent of use (i.e.: twenty-five (25) percent use or removal of product will have a seventy-five (75) percent refund value).  Any product that is more than 30 percent used or removed from original packaging will not be accepted as a return, and no refund will be processed.
